On Lakka Square, the most central part of the village, we find a chalet cafe bar that stands out for its original character and mountain philosophy.  The decor bears the signature of the talented designer Georgia Tiligada who created a warm and friendly environment that puts you in a chillout mood for the whole day, as it is suited for a place in the mountains.Besides the interior, its exterior area with the traditional patchworks dressing the sofas, creates a boho chic effect, making it ideal for relaxation

The all day long Sehre cafe at central Lakka Square is not complacent about its diversity, but seems to be constantly evolving. This year, we find its outdoor space renewed with the traditional patchworks dressing the sofas, creating a boho chic effect and making it one of the most beautiful outdoor spaces of Arachova. Apart from the fact that it is one of the most interesting places in terms of decoration, it provides high quality services placing it automatically in the top choices.

Here, you will come in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee with croissants, grilled ham and cheese sandwiches, fresh baguettes, traditional spinach pie, sweets and Kayak ice-cream, in the afternoon for some rakomelo and tsipouro and of course in the evening for drinks and entertainment. Greek songs are strictly forbidden here! In fact, every Friday and Saturday there are popular DJs on the decks that know how to keep people entertained with deep house, soul and dance music, until the small hours.

New addition in the menu is the brand new and interesting wine list, representing a value for money philosophy while at the same time covers all tastes. You can choose among 17 labels (white, rose and red) that honour the Greek vineyard, with a French and a Spanish label representing the international vineyard. Its pluses include many options for glass, with prices starting at €5-6, while bottles are priced between €20 and €40.

This year, however, the Japanese special whiskeys tempt the real and selective drinkers and introduce them into a high-level tasting. Specifically, the emblematic Nikka from the Barrel is a blend of single malt and grain whiskies that will satisfy even the most demanding palates.

Cocktails and Avgeris are next (they always go together). One of the two owners is ready to hear what flavours you prefer and create a drink you will love. His brother (the other owner), Thimios, will make sure you are having a good time, since his presence alone can guarantee that. He also knows the mountain like the back of his hand, which is a great asset.

Just remember one thing: If you are one of those people that is looking for something extra with character for entertainment, and dislike the norm, then you are in the right place.
