Bella Vespa does not need any special introduction. The city’s real gourmants already know it, as this is the third summer in a row that it attracts them in the central Kyprou street in Glyfada.
Its impressive garden has two levels –it is amazing, big and really enchanting– oozing luxury and elegance. In this ideal scenery you will have the opportunity to dine with sophisticated dishes, which make this restaurant one of the best in the city.
Its menu revolves around fusion culinary options of the Italian cuisine, with suggestions signed by chef Dimitris Chatzidimitriou. Some of the most outstanding dishes are surely the rib-eye steak with crispy potatoes, fresh truffle and smoked salt bloom, the picahna with velvet puree of fresh potato and beef broth, the burger from entrecote beef with scarmorza, tomato and truffle mayonnaise sauce, the chicken breast with purple potato, baby carrot, broccoli, mushrooms and yoghurt mousse, the Teres Major medallion from Black Angus fillet with jacket potatoes, sour cream and guacamole, the roasted salmon in a crust of herbs, miso sauce with baby corn, asparagus and coleslaw salad, and tuna steak with velvet carrot puree and spiny chicory.
The awarded Giannis Samaras has supervised the creation of an interesting cocktail list, which is executed perfectly on a daily basis by Iasonas Sotiriadis. Two of the best seller options are the Red Butterfly (Aperol, Campari, hibiscus syrup, lime juice, pink grapefruit soda) and the Exotic Desire (vodka, St. Germain, ginger, Prosecco, lime leaves).
