The owners, Giorgos, Fanis and Thanassis Papakostas, with extensive experience in the field and having previously worked in catering centres in New York and Athens, created a spacious and open place, with a design that travels us to the distant Los Angeles and features huge, tropical coconut trees and transparent surfaces which allow abundant light inside the store.
Juicy handmade burgers (made with fresh Black Angus beef, imported from America and Australia, medium-well cooked, just as it should be) with handmade bread and fresh vegetables will definitely make you a fan.
Try The Duke (fontina cheese, brie, two slices of bacon, onion and truffle mayo), Umami (goat cheese, mushrooms, caramelised onions and truffle mayo), and The Hangover Burger (cheddar, bacon, lettuce, onion, tomato, fried egg and spicy mayo) or create the one of your liking with ingredients of your choice. Lovers of Italian cuisine, however, will definitely love the pizza which is prepared according to the Neapolitan philosophy and competes in popularity against the burgers.
The menu, however, was enriched with new tastes and a more "healthy" philosophy, as the presentation of each dish is accompanied with its calorific value. One of its advantages is the updated cocktail list, which is supervised by a professional mixologist, so that all the proposals ideally accompany the burger or the dish of your choice.
