From the menu try dishes like the Sea Treasure (spinach, sautéed scallops, speck, crispy rice flakes with oyster sauce-lime vinaigrette), the Rich Vs Poor (sautéed foie gras*, caramelized pâté of chicken liver with raisins, sweet and sour cabbage, dried figs and Chianti sauce), the Red mullet (pistachio crusted red mullet fillet, greens with black-eyed beans, beetroot and orange sauce).
