The team of Oozora The House with the ingenious chef - restaurateur Giorgos Venieris in the “driving seat”, continues to stir the waters choosing the very alternative and eccentric pastry chef Mpampis Zintilis for the pastry department. Along with the chef, they re-invent the legendary snickers, present in the pocket of every skateboarder, and pleasantly excite with steamed bao buns stuffed with milk chocolate and ginger extract.
The powerful Oozora menu is "freewheeling" endlessly with Japanese minimalism and continues to incite with the pluralism of Southeast Asia; filling prawn and galangal dumplings, steaming beautiful baozi with lobster and making sweet and spicy noodles dance in the wok.
The new list of Cocktails, always under the care of the Executive Bartender Spiros Kerkyras, evolves following the same "Asian recipe", for which it was awarded in 2016 with the first prize. The concept of the Cocktail Menu is based on Asian cuisine, with flavours, ingredients and ideas from many Asian cuisines, just like the chef’s creations in the kitchen.
The new signature cocktails of Oozora The House abide by the matching of flavours, aromas and ingredients, many of which are found worldwide, as well. There is a wide variety of spirits, from tequilas to sake and plum wines, with flavours changing from spicy to sweet & sour. The new list follows in the footsteps of the previous award-winning one.
