With a contemporary look and modern interventions-touches to the classic recipes of the Italian cuisine, it invite us to experiment and try inspired dishes that make the difference. Pizza and pasta, the favourite habits of the Italians, hold a prominent place in the menu, which, in fact, are complemented by delicious antipasti, salads, risottos and some main dishes.
Among them we distinguish the potato chips with truffle oil and parmesan, the salad with Parma prosciutto, fig vinaigrette, gorgonzola cheese and pear, the black linguini with fresh salmon and saffron and the fresh gnocchi with pumpkin, salsiccia (Italian sausage) and taleggio cheese.
