This year, Pasaji shines bright like a diamond in the city center, thanks to the creative direction of renowned chef Aris Tsanaklidis. The award-winning and well-traveled chef puts his personal stamp on the menu, along with his team, chefs Yannis Vidalis and Yannis Chrisochoidis.
The three of them combined modern Greek flavors and well-loved traditional products like Melichloro from Limnos and Talagani cheese from Messinia, with exotic dishes and fusion creations inspired by their own "passage" through prestigious restaurants in every corner of the earth, from the Virgin Islands to New York and from Hong Kong to Hawaii.
In perfect harmony with the discreet luxury, cosmopolitan environment and the familiar atmosphere of Pasaji, the new menu offers a truly unique culinary experience. For a "taste" of the revamped menu, start with tataki of beef fillet in fresh mushroom tartar and spicy miso sauce, and try the fresh salad with rocket, spinach, quinoa, roasted pumpkin, clementines and Ariani sour milk dressing. For the main course, try the Black Angus strip loin with mushroom, pepper & bearnaise sauce and finish off sweetly with the almond florentine napoleon, with caramelized cream and marinated apricots.
