Plakias Ellinon Gefsis
Plakias Ellinon Gefsis

Music taverna Plakias Ellinon Gefsis is located in Peristeri (more specifically at the Bournazi area) and it has a long history as it is a very old taverna –opened in 1954 under the name Plakias– that was renamed by the owners in 2002.

It stands out for the various traditional Greek cuisine dishes, with the beef mini fillets with butter sauce, pappardelle ragout with parmesan cream, stuffed chicken with creme fraiche and mushrooms, sheftalia (type of meat ball wrapped in caul fat) and kebab, feta cheese parcels (feta cheese wrapped in rustic filo pastry with honey syrup) and the Caesars salad in a parmesan nest, being top features on the menu.

Accompany your meal with some of the house wine (white or rose), raki or aromatic rakomelo (raki with honey).

Every Friday and Saturday night, as well as on Sunday afternoons you will also enjoy traditional Greek music with your meal.
