Thodoris Papanikolaou, a chef with a very strong cooking view and culinary imprint, left the best impressions at "Selini" restaurant in Santorini, where he was working the last three years. He had previously worked in Italy and Tuscany, and more specifically in Florence, gaining significant experience there.
His cooking is famous for its unique character, the sophisticated Greekness and finesse. This results in a highly delicious but at the same time refined Greek cuisine, which perfectly balances between the indelible memory and the contemporary cooking scene, thus revealing his authentic talent.

In charge of the restaurant’s service as well as the entire hotel is the experienced restaurant manager Aggelos Antoniou.
