Housed in one of the most impressive neoclassical buildings in the city, in the centre of Kifissia, The Dalliance House has managed to win those who love aesthetics and seek quality since its first days of the operation in July 2013.
Its majestic all day long space inside brings out a warm feeling alongside a spontaneous admiration usually created by this kind of buildings. In fact, in some of its parts you will see unchanged elements from the building just as it was in the 19th century! The combination of modern and traditional in this case is more than ideal. Besides the interior, here we find two captivating romantic courtyards, ideal for the hottest days of the year – and not only as they feature heaters as well.
Apart from the space and design that will definitely win you over, its flavours will impress you as well. This year, in the kitchen we find the young and talented chef Petros Dimas, whom we had met previously in Fuga, Hytra, Cinco Tapas and elsewhere. Its cuisine is Mediterranean, flirting with gourmet visual without disclaiming Asian influences.
We tried an original as to its conception mushroom soup, the presentation of which brings to mind a cappuccino, wonderful orzo pasta with crayfish, while its filets were perfectly cooked and of the highest quality. Its menu features suggestions for every mood and need. For the more... morning types, the brunch of The Dalliance House looks tempting and includes delicious sandwiches with different breads, omelettes, scrambled eggs and homemade cakes and pancakes served daily until 19.00. All this is accompanied with hot or cold Arabica or Brazil variety coffee, signature Kusmi cold tea and freshly squeezed juices.
At the same time the bar has set up a very interesting cocktail list, without lacking classic drinks.
