The owner started with "To Souvlaki tou Salma" in Amfilochia and decided to take the same recipe for success to Athens. Local meat, handmade raw ingredients and many options so that we’ll always try something new.
The meat, the olive oil and the cheese come from Amfilochia, the chicken from Arta, while the fresh-cut potatoes will tempt both young and old.
