The third instalment of the beloved Warehouse chain is called Warehouse Edge and is located in one of the most prominent and upcoming cultural and verdant areas in Athens, right next to the Park of Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center.
Warehouse Edge is housed in a venue boasting its yards which matches the park’s architecture and philosophy by “embracing” much loved options for coffee, wine, food and drinks and offers delight, interesting food and wine pairing and fun.
Inspired by the wineries in California and the New World in general as well as by Greek wineries it offers 100 soulful, exuberant and funky labels served with a twist (most are served by the glass).
Although its premises allow even more space for experimenting, it has managed not to lose the identity that the team of Warehouse has built bit by bit. The priority of its philosophy in the kitchen remains the use of “strong” raw ingredients, but a slightly different way. Here you can combine selected wine labels with brand new dishes such as fillet with pepper sauce, open lobster focaccia, ramen and consome fish soup as well as filling specialties such as striftoudia (traditional pasta) with broccoli and truffle paste.
In terms of coffee, you cannot miss the widespread unspoiled affection for origins from Guatemala and Ethiopia which is reinforced by premium guests ground and roasted by Wisecup
When it comes to drinks and cocktails, it follows faithfully the successful recipe of the original Warehouse in Exarchia with a small alternating card that includes cocktails and some of our favourite premium spirits and extracts.
If you add to all of the above the extremely knowledgeable and accommodating stuff as well as the high quality of the provided services, you have all the reasons you need to come here.
