Ela

Ela tavern is housed in a 1781 Venetian building on the Kondilaki pedestrian Street, one of the busiest streets in the Old Town, and invites you to its beautiful space where you can try tasty Greek cuisine with European touches.

Mr. Kostas (owner and ''captain'' of the kitchen), along with his team, prepare apaki (pork), singlino, meat pie, giaprakia (stuffed vegetables with minced meat), peppered tenderloin. kleftiko (lamb wrapped in grease proof paper with cheese) as well as plenty of other grilled and seafood dishes.

It features an up-to-date wine list with a total of 70 labels from Greek vineyards, including all the small producers of Chania.
