Leventis

Leventis tavern opened in 1996 in Ano Stalos, 9 km from the center of Chania town, and stands out for its traditional Cretan cuisine, as well as Mediterranean options. Awarded the Gold Chef's Hat for five consecutive years, it stands out for the quality local, raw ingredients used in its tasty dishes.

Some of the popular dishes on the menu are the kremmidokalitsouna (onion pie), beans and pasta, apaki (smoked pork with sage and herbs), homemade stuffed vine leaves, fennel pie, stack (scrambled egg), tsigariasto (mutton) and the singlino (smoked pork).
