Etrusco, in the Kato Korakiana village, emerged as the best restaurant in Greece in 2013 when it won the Award for Best Greek Cuisine. It is an essential stop during your stay on the island.
Its history began in 1992 when Etrusco Botrini moved from Tuscany, the birthplace of his wife, and opened the restaurant. His son and renowned chef, Ettore Botrini, took over in 2000 and catapulted it to the top of diners' preferences.
It is surrounded by a lush green garden from where the chef sources his vegetables. The menu is distinguished for its subtle and natural flavours.
