Its kitchen deserves a special mention, as this year it has evolved with a more mature menu that places special emphasis on fresh fish and seafood, but doesn’t exclude other options. The dishes of the menu we stood out include the bruschetta with anchovies and smoked eggplant salad, the irresistible lobster pasta, the fried fingerling (one of the few places on the island that you’ll find it) and the fresh scorpion, either bianco or bourdeto. Ask for the catch of the day which comes directly to your plate from the Corfiot fishermen’s nets.
This year you will also find an excellent and enriched wine list, which hosts and promotes the Greek vineyard emphasizing on indigenous varieties. On its wine list, we also find a remarkable representation of the Greek wine map, including, among others the Retsina Papagiannakos from Attica, the Vidiano from Crete and the wine series "Apla" by Oinops from Drama. If you are a wine lover, don't forget to check out the dessert wines with the Moschato Samou, the Vinsanto Santorini and a version of dessert malagousia, the "Glykes Euxes" from Pieria composing the list. Of course, there are plenty of spirits (aged and non-aged) as well as liqueurs, limoncello, tentura and rakomelo.
