The menu, which can be enjoyed throughout the day and night, starts from Corfu and "anchors" in different parts of Italy. A journey where mozzarella meets capers and sundried tomatoes in Regatta Brindisi –Corfu salad, inspired by the eponymous sailing race, and the veal carpaccio on aliada sauce influenced by the flavours found at the famous Harry's Bar in Venice. Fresh fish and seafood, vegetables and fruits carefully selected, leaven bread, traditional products of Corfu like striftoudia, nouboulo and salado and nuts as well as jams from different parts of Greece "marry" with mozzarella, basil pesto and hummus. Creativity, originality, uniqueness and combination of ingredients of different origin meet in the simplicity of a dish for which the guest sets the time that they will enjoy it and with what they will accompany it.
