The 2* Konstantinoupolis Hotel is housed in a traditional 19th century building in the center of Corfu town and prides itself on offering panoramic views of the Old Port as well as Vido and Lazareto islands.
A family from Constantinople, to which it owes its name, first opened the hotel in 1878. Its prime location meant that it was in demand for the business community of the time as well as the European elite who chose Corfu for their vacation. It attracted celebrities and well-known artists who visited the island to perform. In 1993 it closed and reopened in April 1997, completely renovated and restored with respect to the local architecture.
It is open all year round and welcomes you to its 31 well-appointed rooms, which are split over 4 of the 5 floors. There is a snack bar which serves a hearty breakfast with hot and cold dishes.
