It is a unique concept restaurant that deviates by far from the beaten track. The kitchen of Ergon Deli & Restaurant is inspired by the Greek tradition and uses as raw materials deli products that come from all over Greece.

The menu, which has a taste of Greece, is curated by the renowned chef Dimitris Skarmoutsos, who puts all his artistry and mastery to create dishes with ingredients from Prespes, Crete, Alonissos, Kythira and Pindos, all coming from small producers, cooperatives and workshops.
