Lefkatas

The family home of the owners in the village Athani (33 km from the centre of Lefkada town) was turned into a restaurant in 1993 that honours local tradition and serves dishes of Lefkadian cuisine, prepared with raw ingredients from the island.

With a majestic view of the Ionian horizon, Lefkatas restaurant is open from morning and is ideal for both coffee accompanied with homemade jams, omelettes or handmade sweets and for ouzo, pies and local flavours.

Try pastitsio with shrimps, cuttlefish with spinach in their ink, cod with lemon, mushrooms pockets with thyme, Lefkadian fish soup, braised veal tail, etc.
