In the heart of Kalamata, a mere 5' walk from the town's central square, the Railway Park is an open-air museum, unique of its kind in Greece

Also known as OSE Park it is located at the old "Kalamata-Limin" Station and occupies an area of 5.4 hectares.

Among the exhibits are seven steam engines, a manually-operated crane (1890), four platforms, a 28 m metal pedestrian bridge, 3 first class passenger carriages and 5 first and second class passenger carriages, eight freight cars of various types, other details connected with the organization of a railway (switch levers, etc.)

Open all year round
