Interesting gastro new entry in the small and picturesque Goumenio square in Chora. The chef and owner Manolis Litinas, boasting 22 years in the kitchen –the last 10 of which he spent in Mykonos– opened a sleek and value for money restaurant that initiates its clients to the delicacies of the Mediterranean and modern Greek cuisine.
As a veritable Cretan he uses raw ingredients from his home island, treating them masterfully and using modern techniques to create delectable dishes based on traditional recipes from all over Greece.
Busulas opens daily at 11.00 serving from coffees and juices to salads and cold appetizers. From midday on you can order from the creative dishes of its neat menu. Mussel risotto, tagliatelle with seafood, grouper with fish soup broth, turkey burger with Martini sauce and coq au vin are a few of its unique tastes. Don’t miss the opportunity to ask the waiters about the dishes of the day.
All the dishes are ideally accompanied with some of the selected labels from the wine list, which includes awarded Greek wines.
The restaurant’s location in this beautiful and zen square in Chora makes it a perfect option for couples that want to enjoy a value for money romantic dinner.
