Matsuhisa Mykonos

One of the greatest assets of Belvedere Hotel and, perhaps, the island's top gourmet restaurant is the famous Matsuhisa Mykonos, which opened in 2004.

Its famous chef and founder, Nobu Matsuhisa, made the difference by creating the new Japanese cuisine, through the combination of traditional recipes of the country of the rising sun with the techniques and flavours of Western cuisine.
