The restaurant of Leto hotel, in Gialos, apart from the spectacular views, serves unique proposals of modern Greek cuisine in a dreamy setting by the pool. Chef Giorgos Koubouris has managed to combine traditional Greek recipes with modern techniques and create a highly remarkable and tempting menu.
Essentially, there are two cards, one for lunch and one for the dinner, which nevertheless share common features in respect to tradition and nature. The lunch card (12.00-18.45) honours comfort food, while the dinner card (19.00-01.00) is a worthy representative of fine dining.
Its signature dishes at lunchtime include Greek style "cheviche" with fresh sea bass, egg in nest, stuffed onions, wild greens and herbs saganaki, while in the evening it is time for the Natura sofrito, risotto "aygolemono" and organic pasta.
