The all-day gourmet restaurant Nesaea, part of the Nice n Easy group, is located in one of Mykonos’ most “hidden” spots, namely Agia Anna beach in the area of Kalafatis. Its name is inspired by the Nereid Nesaea, the daughter of Nereus and Oceanis, the islands’ protector.
The restaurant’s plain Cycladic style in conjunction with the amazing view have created a superb gastronomic destination in Mykonos’ map, adding a new, refined and elegant touch in the Cycladic creative cuisine.
Nesaea’s menu draws inspiration from recipes and ingredients of the Greek islands. Adhering to Nice n Easy organic restaurants farm-to-table philosophy it offers masterfully executed creative Greek islandic cuisine using fresh raw ingredients and quality organic products.
Signed and supervised by executive chef Christos Athanasiadis, the menu includes dishes such as octopus sous vide with Santorinian Mezzo jelly, fava and ink dressing, crawfish with fava gnocchi and bouillabaisse, as well as traditional Mykonian dishes with a twist, like the deconstructed onion pie with xinotiri mousse and the fava beans cooked in lard. It serves daily dishes of the day.
