One of the more interesting arrivals of the season, Wolves of Kitchen in Ornos has come to add a well-rounded proposal for quality meat-eating. Behind the idea of the "wolves of the kitchen" is chef Alsi Sinanaj, who created a space that was missing from the culinary map of the island of the winds.
It is a restaurant with traditional meat cuisine that stands out for its high quality foreign and domestic products, and that enables the visitor to experience rare cuts (such as flap steak, flank steak, inside skirt, tri-tip steak) as well as creative dishes serving faithfully simplicity.
Here, at noon, there is a more casual menu with proposals consisting of pies and energy juices, various dishes with eggs, like the cowboys hash and the breakfast plate, which you may as well choose it, if you are looking for a quality brunch. There is also the lunch dinner menu available, with the amazing Black Angus from the award-winning Creekstone farm, which is one of the most famous farms of the planet, while you will also find legendary steaks, like the tomahawk, t-bone, porterhouse and prime ribs.
The excellent wine list is definitely one of its strong assets.
