The legendary bar Lathos having been a landmark for more than 20 years on Vasileos Konstantinou street has had a huge impact on the local nightlife in a unique way. After a short break, its re-opening in July 2014 was a pleasant surprise especially to its loyal crowd, locals or visitors.

Behind the old train station with a view of Kolokotronis statue, cult experiences are once again revived, at a much "lighter" environment than before (in the older Lathos, about 52 small constructions were "stacked" one on top of the other creating a unique atmosphere). The new attraction is the "Lathos electric chair", inspired and created by owner Tasos Golemis, which will be connected to a hairdryer, electric shaver, earphones, etc.

The famous homemade lemonade is an all-time classic option, while the fruit punch, a forgotten 1980s obsession, is a new and much promising arrival. Mr. Tasos's brother and valuable partner, Theodosis Golemis is in charge of the music, playing jazz, acidjazz, soul and rock'n'roll tunes from 1955 to mid-1990s.

Another asset are the tables and chairs waiting for you on the pedestrian street, to enjoy your drink under the refreshing shade of the trees.
