Lagos Mare Hotel's restaurant 1924 is located in Agios Prokopios and proposes hip and trendy dishes inspired by Naxian tradition. The menu, which is based on fresh local and pure ingredients, has been curated by renowned chef, Dimitris Skarmoutsos.
Next to the hotel's large pool, 1924 offers a variety of fresh fish, pasta and meat dishes. 'Spetsofai', a pan-fried sausage stew with Naxian 'arseniko' cheese, saganaki cheese with honey and lavender and smoked pork with fresh herbs, 'melitzanosalata' eggplant dip and handmade pita bread are just a few of the dishes that are worth trying.
