The Folklore Art Museum of Cycladic Civilisation by Benetos Skiadas is located at the village of Alyki within a 16 km distance from Parikia. There you can find the most important monuments of the island’s culture in miniatures.

These artworks are the sculptures created by Mr. Skiadas himself with great meticulousness as a way of preserving the Cycladic tradition. In the courtyard of the outdoor museum you can admire closely the miniatures of the Monastery of Panagia Hozoviotissa, the destroyer Elli, the lighthouse of Andros, the cave of Antiparos, the columbarium in Tinos, the Castle of Parikia, etc.
