The family tavern Stamatis is located in the bay of Grikos and, in addition to panoramic views of the harbor and its boats, offers well-cooked dishes from traditional Greek cuisine.
This is one of the first restaurants opened on the island (it certainly was the first in Grikos), and operates since 1965. In the kitchen is Mrs. Eleni, who along with her husband, Stamatis, were the first owners of the tavern. Today, the reins of the tavern have passed to the second generation, who are Stavros with his wife, Athena.
Homemade stews, a variety of appetizers, fresh fish and succulent roasts fill the menu and make your choice even more difficult.
