This is an original concept eatery whose catering deviates off the beaten track. Ergon cuisine is inspired by Greek tradition and uses products from groceries from all over Greece.
The menu, which has a Greek flavor, has been put together by renowned chef, Dimitris Skarmoutsos, using all his artistry and mastery to create dishes with ingredients from Prespes, Crete, Alonnisos, Kithira and Pindos, all of which come from small producers, cooperatives and workshops.
Among other things, try the smoked eggplant salad, couscous, grilled vegetables, raisins, honey and vinegar pomegranate, selection of cured fish, octopus stew with molasses, cuttlefish with fennel and wild vegetables. The restaurant is located on the beautiful Sofokleous Square in the old town of Rhodes.
