Tambakio, on the dreamy Agios Pavlos beach in the beautiful Lindos, will instantly win you over with the simplicity of the environment and natural scenery surrounding it, along with the vivid Mediterranean cuisine flavours that characterize the food served here.
The menu focuses on fresh fish (which arrive daily, directly from the local fishermen’s boats) and seafood (must try the seafood linguini), while it also includes meat dishes (sample the exquisite pork tenderloin with celeriac cream and fig sauce with red wine). Among its handmade appetizers we definitely suggest you order the smoked salmon with citrus fruits, mozzarella and fresh avocado. From the salad menu the one that stands out is arugula with beef carpaccio, anthotiro cheese and white balsamic vinaigrette.
