Petrosia restaurant, operating since 1948, is one of the most historic gastro spots in Santorini, while at the same time it offers an amazing view towards the Caldera from one of the most preferential balconies in the whole island.
Petrosia’s recipes combine the use of Greek products with the local cuisine traditions, which come together in harmony with modern gastronomical techniques and international trends, always tailored to fit the Mediterranean cuisine standards.
Many of the menu’s dishes are based on old recipes of grandma Artemia and grandpa Alekos and a lot of the raw ingredients used to prepare them come directly from the owners’ family farm.
The restaurant is separated in three different areas in separate levels. Of course the balcony is a reference point for the view it offers.
