The most stylish beach bar restaurant welcomes you at Perivolos beach, for yet another year it is considered to be the most comprehensive and remarkable of its kind, due the fact that the owner Maria Christofidou has raised the bar very high. Sea Side by Notos is found on the right side of the beach, and you will realise from the very first moments that you are dealing with a high level business that generally raises the quality bar on the island.
This summer, the beach bar restaurant has fully renovated its space, being included without exaggeration in the prettiest and most complete restaurants of the Cyclades. Sun beds, beach service that exceeds expectations, a food menu of many stars and a sushi corner where chefs cook in front of you in the open kitchen are only a few of what compose your summer indulgence.
Taking a more investigative look in the kitchen, we find the chef (and owner) Tassos Bacharidis, who marries the Greek gastronomy with ethnic touches in a kitchen he likes to call new age Greek cuisine. Its best seller dish is the Indonesian (chicken with curry and pineapple), while an excellent dish is also the octopus with spinach.
