It is one of those businesses that need no introductions. In a magical location in Oia, the restaurant cafe Terpsi en Oia and sister of Fira's 'Terpsi', has managed to establish itself as one of the best spots in Santorini. Head here early in the morning to enjoy the wonderful view accompanied by a hearty breakfast. Having said that, this doesn't mean that you shouldn't visit at any other time of the day.
Terpsi en Oia's menu bares a profound representation of modern Greek cuisine, with Mediterranean touches that lend it an even greater culinary element. We highly recommend the white grouper fillet with fresh lobster ravioli and sauce made with red peppers and spearmint flavoured olive oil, while if you're meat lovers, the black pork loin with smoked Santorinian fava beans and molasses sauce and the lamb loin in pistachio crust with mashed sweet potatoes and red wine sauce with rosemary are the two options that stand out.
It would be a shame not to mention its remarkable wine list which honours Greek vineyards and the local products which you can find on the menu.
