The White Cave Restaurant proposes creative tastes inspired by the delicious gastronomic heritage of the local, Greek and Mediterranean culinary traditions.

The famous fava, that has been cultivated on the island for more than 3.000 years, the capers and the fresh fish blend with the inspiration and the innovative ideas of our chef who creates mouth-watering dishes that will take you on a delicious journey from the restaurant’s balconies to every corner of the Mediterranean. 

The dishes of the menu that stand out are the shrimp tartare, the picana with cannelloni and pesto and the red mullet with Greek fish soup and ouzo foam.
