The Monastery of Panagia Vryssiani near the settlement of Exabela south of Apollonia, operates the Museum of Ecclesiastical Art, on the premises of which articles of the monastery’s long history are hosted (built in the 17th century).

Among them the exhibits related to the rich architecture of the monastery, old issues of religious publications, rare icons, vestments, sacred utensils, old documents and manuscripts, a gospel of 1796, etc. stand out.

The most important articles in the museum include the handmade chasuble of Kassiani and the Patriarchal Sigillium (Patriarchal document) of Gregorios the fifth which gives privileges to the monastery.
