In one of the most privileged locations in Skiathos’ Chora, Windmill restaurant is located at Kotronia and offers unobstructed views of the city, the harbour and the sea.
Housed in an old mill of 1880 (hence its name) that was renovated with particular attention to the '90s, the restaurant is ideal for a romantic dinner hour at dusk with Mediterranean cuisine dishes. The raw ingredients used in the dishes are always seasonal, which is why some menu proposals may not be available.
Among others Windmill’s menu "features" carpaccio of beef with balsamic vinegar and parmesan cheese, calamari with parmesan, lemon and mint, pork fillet stuffed with prawns, fennel sauce, and mashed potatoes, slow cooked lamb shank with smoked aubergine puree and tomato juice, etc.
Its pluses included the updated wine list.
