Just a few of these delightful suggestions include the organic leek terrine with warm vinaigrette accompanied by Mesologgian grey mullet roe and smoked eel, the Spetsian black cod with green tomatoes, olives, onions and capers served with hot potato salad and the grilled pork tenderloin served on fresh parpadelle with wild mushroom sauce and a touch of yogurt.
