International chef Nikos Tzoumas has created the menu from which you can choose the veloute fish soup with shrimp and fresh fish, baked potato with asparagus, poached egg, bacon and mustard dressing, rocket salad with grapes, pines, mozzarella and grape syrup dressing, tagliatelle with royal crab, kalamari, chili, spring onion and white wine, seafood souvlaki with shrimp, salmon, swordfish, Asian sauce and crispy lemon risotto, or silverside cooked in porto with fresh mashed potatoes and truffle oil.
