A much promising bar-restaurant, Be opened at the same place where Excelsior Bistrot of Excelsior hotel used to be. It is housed in a beautiful listed building and raises the bar regarding the culinary world of Thessaloniki.
It is designed by Urban Soul Project and has a distinctive style that combines industrial with casual American style of a diner with jazz and indie music. Be is relaxing, casual and urges you to be yourself.
Executive chef, Grigoris Karakasidis, has created the menu based on favourite and delicious street food, such as fish & chips, burger, falafel but also American cuisine dishes, namely mac & cheese, at very low prices.
