Grada Nuevo is not included by chance in the best dining options in Thessaloniki. Since 1994 when it was added to the culinary map of the city (with its "sister" located in Chalkidiki and specifically in Nikiti) it has managed to win the impressions of even the most demanding customers.

You should definitely try the salad with grouper cheeks, roe from Messolonghi, round beans, tomato carre, coriander and lemon vinaigrette, as an appetizer opt for the carpaccio mullet with ginger, lime, tangerine juice and sprouts, while excellent choices are the anchovies marinated in tomato jelly and flavoured bulgur wheat and the grilled shrimp with smoked eggplant puree and lemon foam.
The rib eye with buttery mashed potatoes is an ideal choice. Round off your lunch or dinner with lemon cream mousse and a "twisted" galaktomboureko that will make you lose your words.
