The first vegan (and vegetarian) restaurant in Thessaloniki opened its doors in 2014. Since then it aims to satisfy its vegetarian and vegan regular patrons as well as those who want to try something different by sampling its unique and very delicious recipes.
This “green” food haunt is located a stone’s throw away from Athonos square and opens up early in the morning to serve coffee. One of the best-selling dishes in its menu is the risotto served with a variety of 5 mushrooms and vegan or vegetarian Parmesan cheese. Some of the other exciting suggestions included in the menu are the handmade falafel, the vegan gyro made with soya and wrapped in pitta bread, the vegan Fettuccine Alfredo pasta with green asparagus, dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and vegan/vegetarian Parmesan cheese, and the exquisite salads. The menu is signed by the green chef Manos Grigoropoulos.
