Description

Tabya

Housed in a listed, neoclassic house which dates back to 1912 -restored in 2014 with respect to its past- on Melenikou street, near the University campus in Thessaloniki, Tabya is a multi-purpose venue that is definitely very interesting.

Cafe-bar, record shop-library and exhibition centre, it stands out for the warm atmosphere which is enhanced by handmade furniture (mostly made of wood and iron) chosen for decorating it.

The same goes for the kitchen, while all dishes are made with carefully selected products from various producers from Crete and Macedonia, that provide homemade raki, graviera cheese, rusks etc.

Book presentations, art exhibitions, seminars, showings, record bazaars, etc., are some of the events that take place here.
